What we don't do
Lines we won't cross.
- Editorial-for-cash We don't accept payment for positive coverage in our editorial picks. If we like something it gets in; if we don't, it doesn't.
- Paid links that pass SEO juice We don't sell backlinks. This is non-negotiable; offers will be declined and reported where appropriate.
- Gifted stays for undisclosed review We accept media trips and gifted experiences only when disclosed in the resulting content.
- Sponsored listings that mislead Sponsored placement that would obviously oversell something is declined. We choose long-term reader trust over short-term placement fees.
- Crypto, gambling, dubious financial products Categorically off-table regardless of payment offered.
